Returns & Exchanges Policy

At South Shore Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping boxes.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
